Jack Lynch (Delta Delta '12)

At Purdue Jack Lynch '12 has proven to be a leader on campus and within the chapter. He is actively involved in the Krannert School of Management Council and Krannert Executive Forum. As the Krannert Council’s Professional Development Chairman, Jack worked with the business students, faculty and administration to create programs that promoted greater student professionalism.

Jack also holds the distinction of being one of two undergraduate representatives on the Sigma Chi Executive Committee which represents the interests of the 240 active chapters and over 16,000 undergraduate brothers. Along with having a chance to work closely with many top alumni leaders, Jack also enjoyed getting to escort Sigma Chi’s International Sweetheart at last year’s Balfour Leadership Training Workshop.

Within Delta Delta Jack has served as Annotator, Alumni Relations and Technology Chairmen and has been a driving force in upgrading the chapter’s communication technology and improving the overall learning environment in the chapter house. Jack’s fondest memories, though, are taking part in Delta Delta’s many traditions including Blue Formal, alumni events and brotherhood activities.

For his contributions to our Fraternity, chapter and university, Jack was chosen as the Northern Indiana Province Balfour Award winner at our annual Indiana Sigma Chi State Day in February.

Jack, a native of Elm Grove, WI, will graduate in May with his Bachelor of Science in Management, Management Information Systems and Analytical Consulting. His overall GPA is 3.4 with a 3.85 in his MIS major. Upon graduation Jack will start his career at IBM in Chicago.
