DELTA DELTA SPONSORS CHARITY CONCERT NOV. 19
Help Delta Delta support area students and young adults in five different organizations. The more tickets we sell the more Sig charities benefit.
Delta Delta’s undergraduate brothers are joining with the National Football Foundation’s Joe Tiller Chapter of Northwest Indiana to stage a charity concert Nov. 19 with the goal to raise more than $12,000 to support area students and young adults with special needs.
Levi Riggs Headlines Event
Rising country star Levi Riggs, a 2007 Purdue grad and former Varsity Glee Club standout, will be the featured artist at the Long Center for the Performing Arts in the 7:30 p.m. charity event. Woodstove Flapjacks of Lafayette and Karli Edging of Delphi will perform prior to Riggs and his band. The Long Center is located at 111 N. Sixth Street in Lafayette.
Proceeds Benefit Students and Special Needs Groups
Proceeds from this concert will go to Junior Achievement (for students in Tippecanoe and surrounding counties), Dream Season (providing experiential opportunities for children and young adults with disabilities), Riley Hospital for Children, the NFF Scholarship Fund (for high school students in Northwest Indiana) and the 12th Boiler Scholarship Fund (for Purdue students).
Support Delta Delta’s Charitable Goals
Tickets and sponsorships sold to Sigma Chi alumni will help to support the chapter’s charitable causes and will count toward the Delta Delta’s Peterson Award application.
